Valuable Registration
Registering your valuable possessions with the University Police will ensure that if any of your registered valuables are ever lost or stolen there will be a record of the items serial number and other identifying characteristics. Registering items is an excellent way to back up your own records to ensure that the information is on hand when you need it most. If any of your valuable possessions are stolen they cannot be entered into the Georgia Crime Information Center’s computer database without a serial number. If Police recover any item you must be able to positively identify it as yours for it to be returned..
